Candidate referrals are an important part of a successful search and are essential to our business. In recognition of the invaluable assistance that we receive from people in the market like you, we wish to show our gratitude by paying a £400 bonus when we successfully place someone you have recommended.
How does it work?
If you know someone who might be suitable for one of our vacancies, simply fill out the form below. As long as we are not already speaking to them about the job and no-one else has referred them, you will receive the referral fee when our fee has been paid by the client and is non-refundable (usually 10 weeks from start date). NB. The referral scheme is not valid for vacancies which are being advertised on this website directly by the employer. Please do not refer someone if this would cause you to breach your contract of employment.
